Warranty

All products sold by ReefMask.com.au come with fault free warranty for a period of 30 days. If you believe your mask is faulty please contact us and we'll issue a replacement.

You are required to return the mask to us within 30 days. Minor leakage is normal and the vent at the front of the snorkel is designed to drain the water every time you come to the surface for a break.

Minor fogging is common and can be fixed by relaxing your breathing, using an anti-fog spray from a dive shop, toothpaste and even just a little bit of soap. Contact us for more information if you are experiencing any fogging.

 

Change of Mind

All products sold by Reefmask.com.au are able to returned if they are in an unused and original condition.

We recommend trying the mask on BEFORE use to make sure that it fits because once its hits the water we're unable to accept returns.

 

Wrong Size

Please ensure you use our sizing guide before purchase to make sure you get the correct size, failure to pick the correct size could mean leakage and a poor performing snorkel mask.

If you have purchased the wrong size please ensure that you contact us immediately and before using the product in the water so we can replace it with the correct size for you.

 

Faulty Products

If you receive a product that appears to be broken in anyway, please contact us immediately and we'll replace the unit for you.

These masks can fog ever so slightly and we have tricks to help avoid this. This isn't a fault and is common even with divers, so please contact us if you're having problems with fogging.

 

Returns Address

Before sending an order back to us please ensure you contact us at reefmasksuppourt@gmail.com so we can provide you the returns address and also a returns reference number. Without this number we are unable to locate and identify your return.

 

Re-shipping Orders

If you make a purchase with the incorrect address and wish to get the order re-shipped you will need to pay a $9.95 re-shipping fee. This is only valid if the parcel is bounced back to us.

If the parcel does not bounce back to us we are unable to offer a replacement due to your error in providing the correct shipping address. You will need to make a new order.
