We usually dispatch within 24-48 hours!

We use a variety of shipping partners with our products including Australia Post, Couriers Please, Star Track, DHL, EMS, TNT and many other couriers.

Upon shipment you will receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your parcel at all times.

Shipping times can vary depending on where you're located in Australia, some parcels are sent via our overseas warehouse but will still usually arrive within the time limits below.

Express Post Information

Due to the nature of our fulfillment procedures we don't normally offer express shipping. That being said, if you're in a rush and require a mask ASAP please Contact Us and we'll see what we can do.

Multiple Packages

We use a variety of manufacturers and suppliers, so if you order multiple items sometimes your items may arrive in multiple packages from different postal services. If you only receive one item, rest assured knowing that your other item is on the way and will be with you shortly.
